ONDEMAND PROGRAM DETAILS
We offer 3 levels of Creators (Tier1, Tier2 and Tier3). This program is designed to give you the lowest cost solution on every project, therefore we try to use as many of our totally awesome Tier 1 Creators to achieve your projects desired outcome. Tier 2 and 3 are available and will be used when needed with your approval. If used within this program, time for Tier 2 bills at 2X and Tier 3 bills at 3X as these teams bill out at significantly higher rates.
- All time is recorded and you ONLY pay for time used.
- Time is billed in 15 minute increments.
- 20% of time is billed for account and team management.
- Any unused time will be banked for future use.
- Any extra time will get your approval and is billed at your locked rate.
